Returns:

For the time being all sales are Final.

Please ensure you check your measurements for the correct sizing and the correct items have been added to your cart, as once an order has left the studio there will be no returns or exchanges accepted.

If you receive your order and an item is defective or, you've received the wrong items, please email us at leewardapparel@gmail.com and we will be happy to correct the issue. 

 

Changing/Cancelling an Order:

Please note that once your order is placed and you receive a notice of shipment and tracking number we cannot cancel or change an order. 

 

Shipping:

Flat rate shipping rates are as follows:

•Shipped within Canada $20 (Orders $115 and over are eligible for free shipping)
•Shipped with USA $20
•All other international destinations $40

All orders are shipped with Canada Post and include a tracking number and insurance. Right now we do not offer shipping with any other shipping companies.

Once an order is placed we will try to get it sent out as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive confirmation that an order has been shipped.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Your delivery date will vary depending on time of year and location. Please note that once the package is with Canada Post we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

All shipping charges are subject to change.

Did you receive an email notification that your package has been delivered but it's not there? Sometimes delivery services will pre scan items or updates will happen accidentally. Please allow for 24 hours from the time of notification and if the package still hasn't arrived, let us know and we can open a help ticket with Canada Post. 

For orders being shipped to all countries outside fo Canada:

Please be aware that customers are fully responsible for all duties including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed by your country at the border prior to delivery. The selected carrier will collect these charges prior or at time of delivery. 

Product prices listed on the website do not include any customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other fees or costs associated with international deliveries (as these costs differ by country).
